In 1958, Walter Lubiniecki opened Lubiniecki Welding as a welding repair shop. In 1982, Walter’s two sons, WD and Mark became the owners and added Equipment to the name to reflect their expansion. Lubiniecki Welding & Equipment was Incorporated in 1999 and launched as LWE INC. dba / Lubiniecki Welding & Equipment. In 2021, to keep this Legacy progressing Chris Gordon, an employee of LWE INC. for over 22 years, became the present owner. Chris, along with our friendly, helpful staff will continue to serve the Meadville and surrounding communities and grow the business for generations to come.

Because of our desire to serve the needs of our customers, we have become widely diversified in the products and services we offer. To keep pace with the times, we’ve increased the size of our building and added the machinery necessary to become a full-service steel fabricating shop. We have developed the reputation of excellent workmanship and quality production second to none.

Our extensive inventory of steel plate, sheet, bar, rod, angle and tubing along with aluminum and stainless steel, enables us to supply our customers whether small or large. We welcome walk - in trade for small steel purchases but for larger items and orders requiring multiple cuts and bends advanced ordering is preferred.

Need a welding machine or welding gases and supplies? We sell Lincoln Welders in our retail store along with welding supplies, specialty tools, clamps magnets, protective clothing, MIG & TIG welding wire, stick electrode and a variety of Sky Oxygen welding gases, oxygen and acetylene. We offer student discounts to those attending Crawford County Career & Technical Center

Our equipment lines include Belarus agricultural tractors along with Steiner and Ventrac compact articulated tractors that offer multiple attachments to handle most tasks. Whether you’re farming, mowing grass, blowing snow, landscaping or something in between, we have the equipment to make the job easier for our commercial customers and estate owners. The importance we place on service after the sale is demonstrated by the support of our service and parts departments to every customer.
